About the event
Unmute through experience.
Some things are hard to say. So don’t say them. - Dance them out. Smash them out. Say them out. Let them out.
Unleash is a space to reconnect with the version of you that doesn’t always get to come out. Pick an experience, follow your instinct, and let yourself feel without needing to explain. Create a moment. Say what you’ve been holding in.
Silent Disco
The room is silent. You don’t have to be.
Put on your headphones, turn up the music, and dance it out.
